My name is Welschriesling I came into being in southern Slovakia region called Strekov into winery of Kasnyik family which is one of three members of Authentic Slovakia group. All their wines are produced traditional method without ussing selektive yeast, enzymes and other additives. In 2018 Welschriesling, clone variety of small bunches along with authentic process made me white dry wine I am today. The grape is from very young, 4 to 7 years old vineyard was collected with sugar content of 21.00 NM °. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, where I was maturing for 10 months on sediment. Without enzymes, selected yeast, and other additives, Certificated with low histamine content of 0.50 mg/l. With 13% of alcohol and 39 mg of sulfur per liter

That gave me Clear gold-yellow color with green glint. Delicious smell with tones of citrus completed of green apple ripen pear with light touch of flowers. Elegant and harmonic taste which copies aromatic sensation. Domination of citrus and white fruit. Proud representative of Welschriesling variety.
